Ganga Club Password Reset
Forgot your Ganga Club password? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen, then choose Phone reset or Email reset, whichever matches the way your account was opened.
Before you tap Forgot password
- Know which detail the account uses: a +91 mobile number or an email address.
- Keep that phone or inbox close, since the code goes there.
- Have the new password ready: 8+ characters with letters and numbers.
Ganga Club forgot password: reset by mobile number
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password.
- Keep the Phone reset tab open and enter the mobile number linked to your account.
- Type a new password, then repeat it in the confirm box.
- Get the verification code sent to that number and type it into the Verification code box.
- Tick the Privacy Agreement box and tap Reset.
Signed up with email? Use Email reset
If the account was opened with an email address, choose Email reset. It asks for the same things: that address, the new password twice and the code sent to your inbox. If the mail is slow, look in the spam and promotions folders.
Rules for the replacement password
The rule is spelled out on the registration form: at least 8 characters, with both letters and numbers. Give the new password that shape too, and avoid one you already use on another app.
No code on the phone or in the inbox?
- Check the number or email address for a typing mistake.
- Make sure the SIM has signal and can receive SMS.
- Give the message a minute before asking for another one.
- Still nothing? Contact customer service, which the sign-in screen itself suggests for forgotten passwords.
Right after the reset

Can customer service reset my Ganga Club password?
Possibly, and the platform itself suggests asking. The note on the sign-in screen sends anyone with a forgotten password to customer service, so it is the next stop when the reset code will not come.

Use the tab that matches the account. The code only goes to the number or address the account was opened with.
